Seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated support to students with disabilities in a collaborative and engaging learning environment. This full-time onsite position is located in Boston, MA, and focuses on creating tailored educational experiences for K-4 students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License
• Proven ability to lead small groups in reading, writing, and math
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Effective classroom management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create an inclusive curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
