Key Qualifications:

• Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and grade levels

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each students goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Effectively manage classroom behavior using evidence-based strategies
• Communicate regularly with families to foster partnership and support
