An opportunity exists for licensed educators to deliver vital educational services to students with diverse needs in a K-12 environment. This full-time contract position is based in Battle Creek, MI, for the 2025-2026 school year, offering a unique chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide instruction and support for students with emotional and behavioral disabilities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators through co-teaching models and within self-contained classrooms.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports to communicate student development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education certification.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Strong authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
