This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a dynamic public school setting. The position is based in Aurora, IL, and offers a contract role for the current school year (CSY). This role will engage with students requiring tailored instructional approaches, helping to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to support student progress.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and adaptive technologies to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor and document student performance, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings.
