Located in Aurora, CO, this full-time Special Education Teacher position supports students in grades 4 through 7 within an inclusion classroom setting during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a K-12 educational environment with a focus on delivering individualized support to enhance student learning and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement instructional plans tailored to the unique needs of students in an inclusion classroom.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Monitor student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain accurate records in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students through differentiated instruction and positive behavior supports.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License.
• Experience working with students in special education, particularly in K-12 settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
