Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid teaching certification with an endorsement in Special Education
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Employ a variety of assessment tools to monitor students progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that encourages academic and social growth
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and engage in regular parent/guardian communication
- Provide direction and support to classroom aides and participate in professional development as needed
