Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged learners in a resource setting strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of diverse learning needs and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with faculty, families, and students
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom culture
What Youll Do:
- Provide tailored instruction and support to assigned elementary resource caseload
- Implement IEPs, progress-monitor student goals, and adapt lessons as necessary
- Work closely with general education teachers and school staff to ensure integrated learning experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with families
- Contribute to a positive school atmosphere that highlights academic achievement and social development
- Leverage the schools innovative STEM curriculum, including Project Lead the Way Launch modules
Position Details:
- Full-time, onsite contract role
- Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- School year runs September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027
