Job Description

This opportunity seeks experienced Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students in a full-time, contracted role within Ann Arbor, MI. The position focuses on providing specialized instruction and support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cognitive Impairments (CI) across elementary grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Special Education license with a focus on Cognitive Impairment (CI) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in 2nd/3rd grade and 4th/5th grade classrooms
  • Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Ability to manage caseloads including ASD and CI classrooms effectively
