Desired Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Experience teaching in special education settings at elementary, middle, or high school levels
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students unique learning needs
• Assess student performance and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and professionally communicate with families regarding student progress
• Collaborate with school staff to implement best practices in special education
