Digital School Social Worker - K-12 (Illinois)

Sunbelt is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital School Social Worker to join our team in Illinois. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with K-12 students who have mild to moderate diagnoses. As a Digital School Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' social-emotional well-being and providing essential services to ensure their academic success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop intervention strategies and support plans.
Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in group settings.
