Job Description

Provide essential support to students facing behavioral and emotional challenges in a specialized school setting designed for grades 1 through 12. This full-time, onsite position involves working within a behavioral program tailored to help students who have struggled in their resident districts achieve success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and external agencies to implement effective interventions.
  • Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to support student well-being and academic progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in clinical social work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Oregon is required.
  • Experience working in school-based behavioral programs preferred.
