Job Description

Provide essential support to students facing behavioral and emotional challenges in a specialized school setting designed for grades 1 through 12. This full-time, onsite position involves working within a behavioral program tailored to help students who have struggled in their resident districts achieve success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with educators, families, and external agencies to implement effective interventions.
Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to support student well-being and academic progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress regularly.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in clinical social work.

Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Oregon is required.
Experience working in school-based behavioral programs preferred.
Ability to engage and support students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
