This opportunity is for a licensed Social Worker to provide vital support and services to K-12 students within a school setting in Peralta, NM. The role requires a Licensed SSW in New Mexico and offers a contract position for the current school year, providing consistent hours and a meaningful caseload.

Location:

• Onsite in Peralta, NM
• K-12 School environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services across the K-12 student population, supporting emotional, behavioral, and social development.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and external agencies to address student needs and promote a supportive school climate.
• Manage a caseload effectively and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized student support plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (Licensed SSW) in the state of New Mexico, with credentials to practice in schools.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or related settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, families, and school personnel.
