Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Valid state Social Worker licensure required
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in crisis intervention, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students and families
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students social, emotional, and behavioral needs through individual and group interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and administrators to promote a healthy school environment
• Develop and implement strategies to address barriers to student learning and success
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for students well-being
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation on student progress and services
