This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to serve as a School Social Worker and Program Therapist within a K-12 educational setting located in Naperville, IL. The role is a contract position for the current school year, focusing on providing comprehensive social work services to support the well-being and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work and therapeutic services to students across K-12 grades
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to address student needs
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions to promote students' academic success and emotional health
• Manage a caseload tailored to meet the demands of the program and school community
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Illinois School Social Worker (SSW) License
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
