This full-time travel opportunity is for a licensed School Social Worker serving elementary students with mild to moderate needs in Lincoln Park, MI. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 10, 2026, focusing on providing counseling and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings within an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services tailored to elementary-aged students with mild to moderate challenges
• Participate actively in IEP meetings to support students educational and social-emotional goals
• Collaborate with school personnel and district-provided support staff including paraprofessionals, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs who provide supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid State of Michigan School Social Worker license
• Experience working with elementary students in school-based settings, particularly supporting mild/moderate disabilities or challenges
• Strong counseling and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Location and Schedule:

• Position is located in Lincoln Park, Michigan
• Full-time hours supporting a caseload within the districts elementary schools
