Key Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Social Worker in Minnesota
• Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to support diverse student populations and foster a positive school climate
• Compassionate, resourceful, and committed to student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to students, addressing academic, emotional, and social needs
