Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
  • Experience providing clinical support in educational settings preferred

  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend interventions
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions
  • Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to create supportive action plans
  • Help students overcome academic, social, and behavioral difficulties
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and connect families to community resources
  • Document services and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
