Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Department of Education School Social Worker Permit
• Experience in school social work, particularly with early childhood and elementary students
• Proven ability to conduct functional assessments and formal/informal behavior observations
• Expertise in developing and tracking behavior support plans through data analysis
• Strong communication and training skills for staff and families

Location: Canton, MI

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments to understand student needs and challenges
• Perform formal and informal observations of student behaviors
