A full-time position is available for a School Social Worker specializing in elementary caseload management in Bloomington, IL. This travel role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' well-being and academic success by providing social work services within school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver social work support and counseling services to elementary students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress for assigned caseload.
- Advocate for students needs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Social Worker.
- Experience working in educational environments, preferably with elementary-age students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to assigned school locations.
- Knowledge of community resources and intervention strategies.

Compensation: Starting pay of $45+ per hour
