Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to promote mental health and well-being.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support a positive learning environment.
• Advocate for student resources and assist families in connecting with community services.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support students through challenging situations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for Social Work practice in schools.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop effective strategies tailored to diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of child development, mental health issues, and community resources.
