A K-12 school in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking two full-time Social Workers to support students and families during the current school year contract. The roles include one position focused on elementary students and the other on high school students. Both positions require on-site presence and are critical in providing social and emotional support within the school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold valid SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work or MDE School Social Worker Credential
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with educators and families
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively while addressing diverse student needs

Location:

• Ypsilanti, MI (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student well-being and academic success
• Assess and intervene in social, emotional, and behavioral issues impacting students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive school environments
• Connect students and families to community resources and services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations
