This opportunity is ideal for a Licensed Social Worker ready to make a positive impact in a K-12 school setting. Based in Albuquerque, NM, this contract position offers a chance to support students, families, and staff throughout the current school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services across K-12 student populations
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and community resources to support student well-being and academic success
• Develop individualized plans and provide counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (SSW) in New Mexico required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based social work interventions

Location and Schedule:

• Onsite position located in Albuquerque, NM
• 35 hours per week
• Contract duration: ASAP start through the end of the current school year
