Now Hiring: Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) School-Based
We are seeking Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time, onsite school-based positions in Prince William County, VA. These roles support licensed SLPs and provide direct services to students for the 20262027 school year.
Important Requirement
Candidates must have a degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field to be considered.
Position Overview
- Full-time, onsite school-based role
- Work under supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Support students in K12 educational settings
- Consistent weekly schedule (35 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision
- Assist with implementing IEP goals and treatment plans
- Support student communication development and progress tracking
- Help maintain therapy materials, documentation, and session notes
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Ability to work under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
