Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking to make a difference in the lives of students in Vallejo, CA? Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a full-time SLPA to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with students to help them overcome communication challenges and support their academic and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing speech therapy services to students with speech and language difficulties in various school settings.
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP to implement individualized therapy plans.
- Support students in improving articulation, language processing, and fluency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students and staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to help develop strategies that address students speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and other staff members.
- Knowledge of speech therapy practices, ethical guidelines, and professional standards.
