A great opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support communication development in an elementary school setting. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with educators and healthcare professionals to assist students with speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision while monitoring progress
- Support classroom teachers by reinforcing speech and language goals throughout the school day
- Maintain accurate documentation and report student progress regularly
- Collaborate with healthcare providers when needed to ensure coordinated care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as an SLPA in both school and healthcare environments is highly valued
- Knowledge of speech and language development in school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
