We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative special education team.

- Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday
- School Year: 20262027
- Start Date: August 2026
- Caseload: K12 (assigned based on experience and district needs)
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Assist with screenings, observations, and documentation.
- Collect student progress data and maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA License
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
