Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students while collaborating with a dynamic school team near Santa Clara, CA. This role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with experience in both educational and healthcare settings, ready to make a meaningful impact in a full inclusion environment across two campuses (K-3 and 4-8) for the upcoming school year, August 20thJune 10th.

Preferred candidates have a strong understanding of mild-moderate disabilities, high-functioning autism, and social cognition, with a passion for fostering student development in inclusive settings. You will collaborate with supervising SLPs and educators committed to student progress and encouraged by an engaged parent community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active and valid California SLPA license (required)
• Prior SLPA experience in schools or healthcare
• Familiarity with mild-moderate disabilities, inclusion models, and social thinking
• Ability to work with high-functioning spectrum students in collaborative educational environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services under SLP supervision across K-8 campuses
• Support IEP goals through direct intervention, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for learning and therapy
• Collaborate regularly with teaching staff, SLPs, and families to promote student success
• Document student progress and maintain compliant records
