Job Description

An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This role focuses on enhancing the communication skills of a diverse student population through collaborative practices with educators and speech-language pathologists.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona SLPA license
  • Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services to children
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships within a team
  • Current DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Location:

  • San Tan Valley, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to a mixed caseload of approximately 54 PK-12 students
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to student needs
