Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Rosenberg, TX, serving students in grades 7-12. This contract role spans the current school year, with an expected start as soon as possible and an end date of May 21, 2026. The position requires on-site work across two campuses, supporting a caseload of approximately 80 to 90 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades 7-12 across two campus locations.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff to implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in assessments and contribute to the development of treatment goals.
  • Ensure compliance with school and district policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid professional license as an SLPA.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to student-centered therapy and educational support.

Location:

  • Rosenberg, Texas
  • Work at George Ranch High School and Reading Junior High, Richmond, TX
