Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Texas SLP license
  • Prior experience in schools preferred, particularly working with K-12 settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and modify therapy plans based on student needs
  • Experience supervising or collaborating with SLPAs is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse learning profiles
  • Develop and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs), progress reports, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
  • Evaluate students and participate in eligibility meetings as needed
  • Guide and support SLPAs in service delivery, if applicable
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
