Job Description

A dynamic opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional experienced in providing therapeutic support within educational settings. This position focuses on enhancing the communication skills of students through collaborative efforts with speech-language pathologists and teaching staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona SLPA license
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • At least two years of experience delivering therapy services to children
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships

Location:
Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and other staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to a mixed caseload of approximately 54 PK-12 students
  • Assist in the assessment and documentation of student progress
  • Support students in developing effective communication skills
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
