An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a full-time, school-based contract supporting an elementary caseload in the Montgomery area. This in-person position aligns with the traditional academic schedule and offers the chance to make a real impact for the upcoming school year.

Role Highlights:

  • Contract position following the school calendar throughout the academic year
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, during standard school-day periods
  • Strictly onsite settingwork directly with students and colleagues on campus
  • Serve an elementary student population, delivering essential communication support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services tailored to student-specific speech and language goals
  • Conduct accurate assessments, maintain timely documentation, and prepare progress reports
  • Collaborate in IEP meetings and work cohesively with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Ensure all practices remain in compliance with district policies and Texas state regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders
  • Valid and active SLPA license for the state of Texas
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is an advantage, though not mandatory
