Job Description

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design and implement individualized programs, track progress, and support the success of each learner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP license required
  • Experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with K-12 caseloads
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise
  • Support positive communication outcomes in both classroom and one-on-one settings
