This opportunity is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) seeking a dynamic role supporting K-12 students in an educational setting. The position offers flexibility with both onsite and virtual options available, accommodating a work schedule ranging between 20 to 40 hours per week. You'll work closely with a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students spanning elementary through middle school, providing vital support in speech and language development.

Responsibilities include assisting the speech-language pathologist in implementing treatment plans, conducting therapeutic activities, documenting student progress, and collaborating with educators and families to foster communication skills.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
• Experience working with school-age children in speech therapy settings
• Ability to manage a moderate to large caseload effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery models
