Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Hemet, CA. This contract position offers a chance to work closely with certified Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapeutic services that assist students in improving communication skills, enabling better academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Implement therapy plans designed to meet individual student needs within the K-12 school system.
  • Conduct screenings and gather data to monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.
