This opportunity seeks a skilled California-licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide support within a K-12 educational setting, focusing on early childhood learners from pre-kindergarten through kindergarten. The role is based in Fillmore, CA, and is structured as a contract position for the current school year with a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students aged early childhood through kindergarten
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication skills across a caseload of young learners
• Collaborate with education and therapy teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulatory and educational standards

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLPA credential required
• Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff

Position Details:
