This position focuses on providing short-term leave coverage for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) during the 2025-2026 school year. The role is designed for full-time engagement with a flexible four-day workweek, allowing for a balanced approach to both professional responsibilities and personal commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas SLP or SLPA license
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Proficiency in collaborative teamwork

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with educational staff
  • Implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress and outcomes
