What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, tailored to individual needs
• Assist with assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and work closely with special education professionals and classroom teachers
• Ensure strict adherence to all district and state guidelines for student care and service delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous school-based experience is an advantage, but not required
• Solid understanding of both school and healthcare SLPA responsibilities
