Key Qualifications:
- Active TX SLP License required
- Experience or proficiency working with K-12 student populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Previous school-based experience or SLPA supervision is a plus
Position Overview:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct intervention, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with district guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students IEP goals
- Offer guidance and support to SLPAs as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review progress, develop strategies, and advocate for student needs
- Engage in professional development and maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
