Key Qualifications:

• Active TX SLP License required
• Experience or proficiency working with K-12 student populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Previous school-based experience or SLPA supervision is a plus

Position Overview:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct intervention, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with district guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students IEP goals
• Offer guidance and support to SLPAs as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review progress, develop strategies, and advocate for student needs
• Engage in professional development and maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
