Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) & Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Yuma, Arizona | 2026-2027 School Year

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time school-based positions in Yuma, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed SLPs and SLPAs looking for stable, full-time employment in a school setting serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade.

Position Details

  • Location: Yuma, AZ
  • Position Types: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • School Year: August 3, 2026 May 26, 2027
  • Student Population: Pre-K through 8th Grade

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech-language services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and IEP-related records
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required

Qualifications Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Arizona Educator Certificate
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

  • Active Arizona SLPA License
  • Arizona Educator Certificate
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
