Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required.
- Experience delivering speech and language services in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 populations.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide both direct and consultative therapeutic services within classrooms or resource settings.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records as required by school and state regulations.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on communication strategies and student supports.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.
