Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Michigan SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience with pediatric and/or school populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
• Evaluate students to determine the need for services and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet IEP goals and create supportive learning environments
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies and resources to foster student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
