Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in a school-based environment highly preferred
• Comfortable working with students across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech-language impairments
• Provide direct therapy and intervention, adapting strategies to diverse student populations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to student support teams
