Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License required
- PEL ASHA Certification (or eligible Clinical Fellows CFY candidates accepted)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services preferred
- Comfortable designing and implementing therapy plans for preschool-age children
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a school environment
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in preschool students
- Developing and executing individualized therapy plans to enhance student progress
- Documenting goals, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
