Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License required
• PEL ASHA Certification (or eligible Clinical Fellows CFY candidates accepted)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services preferred
• Comfortable designing and implementing therapy plans for preschool-age children
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a school environment

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in preschool students
• Developing and executing individualized therapy plans to enhance student progress
• Documenting goals, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
