Job Description

Experience an engaging opportunity supporting students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite role offers the chance to work across elementary, middle, and high school settings, collaborating with school staff to create a positive impact in communication skills for students with a variety of needs ranging from mild to severe disabilities.

Your expertise will guide students toward their goals within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. This position allows you to utilize your clinical knowledge in a flexible and rewarding educational context.

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State SLP License (Department of Health)
  • Washington State OSPI ESA license with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
  • Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with school-aged children (elementary through high school)
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with students with various disabilities
  • Comfortable engaging in both Zoom and in-person interviews

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess and document student progress with clear, timely reporting
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct interventions as outlined in IEPs
  • Advocate for students communication needs within the school setting
