Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting students growth as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, in-person opportunity centers on delivering specialized evaluation and intervention to children with communication disorders within an engaging educational environment. As a valued team member, youll collaborate with educators and familiescreating real, lasting impact on students academic and social development.

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students exhibiting communication challenges
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans and develop IEP goals to promote student success
  • Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs
  • Document interventions, maintain compliance records, and prepare progress reports
  • Collaborate regularly in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to ensure holistic student support
  • Adapt intervention strategies in response to student progress and educational demands

Desired Background:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Georgia SLP license and/or required educator certification
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferredClinical Fellows are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in schools ideal, though candidates with pediatric backgrounds will be considered
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and collaborative problem solving
