Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language services.
  • Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust therapy goals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • CCC-SLP or CFY status is preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students and special education programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
