Job Description

An early childhood educational setting in Williamsport, PA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized early intervention services. This contract position offers a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, supporting a caseload of 40-45 young learners. The opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and clinical fellows eager to advance their pediatric and school-based speech therapy expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education certification
  • Experience or interest in early intervention services
  • Open to clinical fellows pursuing Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy to early childhood students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to enhance student communication outcomes
  • Maintain accurate caseload documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support holistic child development
