Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school or healthcare-based roles
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain comprehensive records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage with students, teachers, and families to support students progress across academic and social settings
- Utilize teletherapy solutions as appropriate to increase access and flexibility for students
